WI v England 1st Test

Well well well, no one expected that did they. The England cricket team have embarrassed the country enough over the last few years, they failed in the World Cup, the Ashes down under, but I never thought they were this bad. All was well in the first innings, they batted well, and everything was looking promising. I looked forward to the second innings after we bowled the Windies out with them leading by just 75. Oh, we'll put 250 on top of that and bowl them out to win the match, I thought. Erm.. wrong. 1-1. Oh great. Cook slashing uncharacteristically at a wide one, and straight to slip. Oh well, he's been out cheaply before. 11-2. In trouble now, Bell this time. Just think of that time we were 2-3, and recovered, well this is not as bad. 12-3. 20-4. 23-5. Right, WORRY!! This is bad, unbelievable from the best 11 players in England and Wales. 23-6. OK, it just got worse. 26-7. I turn the TV off. I'm not watching the events of what could well be England's lowest Test score in history. Peeking through my fingers, I see 50-8. Wow, a recovery. You know it's bad when you think 50-8 is a recovery! 51 all out. I'm ashamed to call myself an England supporter, as are all the other supporters I'm sure. And then England have got the cheek to say they are disappointed. Disappointed?? They should be more than that. Shameful stuff.
